I was very excited to get this as a Christmas gift. I got my Cricut Cutter out Christmas night just so I could use my Tool Kit. The tools in the kit are WONDERFUL and I was very pleased with them. The case they came isnt so great... I was never able to zip it up because the zipper broke right away and the entire case continues to fall apart everytime I used it.

I really like these tools. I just wish they were labeled what each piece was made to be used for. I am new to scrapbooking and am learning through trial and error. I used one of the tools incorrectly and bent the tip. Other than that its been a lot of fun

If you're hardcore - you probably ALREADY have these tools - the only thing that's cool about this kit is that everything fits into a nice cute little case. The one bummer - it doesn't come with a spatula - which is ESSENTIAL to use with your cricut. This is more for aesthetics than it is for usability. If you are getting a kit - I would actually recommend the Slice kit - I use that with my cricut. It has a spatula in the kit! (can you imagine that?) It also has other tools that is more useful.

I have a LOT of scrapping tools and materials. I like to pack them with their respecitive cases and not have to completely repack tools each time I want to take a specific bag or item to a crop. Plus -- more importantly, I like it when things MATCH! To my cricut carry bag Cricut 29-0111 Carrying Tote Bag , I add an adhesive Tombo Mono 40 FT Tape Runner Adhesive and some paper to my paper case Cricut Messenger Bagand this set of tools Cricut 29-0004 7-Piece Tool Kit for Cricut Cutting Machines and it's all I "NEED" to go cropping and make very efficient use of my Cricut. It's not perfect, it doesnt' contain EVERYTHING -- but it has the essentials. The scissor is sharp and fine -- but also short. The case also has space for extra Cricut blades in their commercial tube -- convenient. The rubber/plastic/metal boning tool is very effective. The scraper is also pretty good for remove larger things from the sticky mat. I have used the other tools for remove smaller paper from the mat and starting holes for whichever rivet set I have with me. My only complaint (ergo 4 stars instead of 5) is that the slot for the transparant ruler (which you can barely see in the photo) is a little too big. Perhaps they fashioned it that way so that the ruler would not get "stuck" in the case. But it appears that their alternative is that it falls out of place when the case is zipped and mobile. Obviously it doesn't fall out of the case when it's zipped - but it's just a slightly "sloppy" aspect of the case. I would give it 4.5 stars but the Amazon.com rating system will not permit that.

The kit is perfect for cricut users. A must have. It arrived in excellent condition, fast delivery. The price was great!

We used to have an old Disney light box I had purchased when I was a preteen. It finally wore out and we had to throw it away. The Autograph Light Box is better than my old light box because the bulb is enclosed and the box itself is sturdier.

I purchased this item for my daughter, who likes to trace drawings and patterns. She is very pleased with it. I intend to use it myself on occasion. Good product.

Being a design major I am very picky about my tools. This box works very well. The only minor drawback is that the lightbulb takes a second or two to turn on. I just toggle the switch a few times and this is remedied. Very reliable!

I bought the light box from Michael's to try and trace patterns to a cream colored, medium/heavy linen fabric for embroidery. It took me a long time and lots of trials by the time I managed it. When I finished, the finest details didn't make it onto the fabric because the light wasn't bright enough so I couldn't see they were there. I had to draw them in freehand by looking at the original pattern. There were sections I didn't draw correctly because, again, the pattern didn't show through well enough. I've also tried to draw on a white, medium/light weight linen and there the pattern showed through really good so that I could manage to transfare the pattern onto the fabric easily. This ArtoGraph light tracer uses 2, 8 watt flouresent lightbulbs which are not bright enough for thicker fabrics. If you use quilter weight cotton fabrics, this will be perfect but if you're thinking heavier fabrics go with another light box with 15 watt bulbs. I've returned this product to Michalel's after two transfers and probably go with a more expensive, but better and brighter one such as the Porta-Trace 11" x 18" Stainless Steel Lightbox with Two 15 watt, 5000°K. Lamps. light box.

This Artograph 10"x12" is very affordable, and very compact, I can take it any where. I looked at light boxes that are 2 or 3 time more in price. It has saved me so much time doing my designs.

This kit is great. There is actually a book inside with examples of different calligraphy styles and an unlined practice pad. The inks aren't labelled with their color so that is kind of a guessing game, but other than that it is a great product.

An excellent starter kit for anyone interested in learning the art of the calligraphy. Contains many different ink colors and three different nib sizes as well as a small booklet on the basics of different types of fonts to write with. The gothic style is my favorite and my writing with this set is actually a lot better looking than my regular handwriting.

I purchased this item as a present for someone. It arrived promptly and the person was very pleased.

The kit that arrived was wonderful except for the quality of the pens. The ink did not write well at all. I thought that it was a problem with the paper that I was using, but it was actually just the pen and the ink. It tends to smear a lot, I would not purchase this product, I'm in the process of finding a better quality set of calligraphy pens.

At nearly double the price of a knockoff at Wally World, this Fiskars product is about 10 times the value!!! Heavier made gives better control and faster cutting. I print my own photos and trim them myself to fit standard frames, and this device is as good as some of the cutters I have used in business at much higher prices than this. This cutter works well - WHEN it works. The problem is that the blades dull out in literally no time. I have needed to use it to cut cardstock paper and at about the 30th cut - it starts to shred the paper. Overall it does a fairly straight job - but I end up going through blades like I do tissues - it really is ridiculous. And on top of the price of the cutter itself, to get 2 replacement blades it is around[...]. This cutter has not been worth it at all for me and the measurements - to add on to it - when you get between the 5 and the 6 it's almost as if it's not accurate and difficult to measure! I tried to cut an 11" paper in half at the 5 1/2 and it is always off enough to notice. It's very odd actually. Would not recommend this.

This trimmer cuts well, however there are not enough measurement marks. If you are trimming a 4*6 picture down to a 4*3 picture you have the guide at the bottom, but nothing in the middle to make sure you really have it lined up straight. I found I had to really pay attention to the bottom edge of the photo holding it securly against the edge. If you had one that wasn't a straight edge guessing is the only option.

i have had this cutter for at least 3 years. i am into scrapbooking and mainly cut photos and cardstock, which really dulls the blade. and sometimes i cut regular paper. it does cut 5 sheets of reg. paper at a time. but if you do plan to do this, you have to put more pressure on the blade as you slide. i have replaced the blade 3 times since owning this cutter. so far i am really happy with this device. where i am fustrated is when i am trying to measure something 5inches. 5 inches get lost in between the board and the swing arm ruler. Also,i hoped in the future models of the cutter that fiskar can design a place on the cutter itself to store the extra blade.

This is my 2nd Fiskars trimmer in about 15+ years. I didn't hesitate buying a Fiskars replacement. I accidently dropped the thing and lost the orange blade unit. I inserted the replacement blade and it just does not cut the same; not even making contact without several swipes. By that time, I'm not getting a clean edge. The blade unit can only go into the track in one way so I don't get why it's not cutting. Time to look for another more sturdy model...

The album kit is fairly easy to use, and does indeed include everything you need. However, I have a couple of concerns... 1) It looks like this album can hold substantially more than the 10 included sheets, but finding additional sheets of the double-sided paper is next to impossible. One Amazon vendor carries it, but they charge crazy shipping rates... The only other place I can find it is from Canon directly, where it is way overpriced. ($8.50 for ten sheets... I don't think so.) 2) The pickup mechanism for the printer appears to "burnish" the semi-gloss on the pages. While this does not appear to damage the ink surface, it is visible under some light conditions. Lastly, for those considering using one of these, the special double-sided paper requires a half-hour of air drying using the included paper holders + 2 days of drying as part of a photo/"drying sheet" sandwich. So don't expect you will be taking pictures at a party and giving an album to the guest of honor before they leave. SirWired

This is a great, inexpensive way to make your own photo book. The great thing about this book, is you can change the photos later if you want/need to, as opposed to a hardbound book. Neat way to "publish" your younger family members.

I'm a picture fanatic. I love being able to look back on important parts of my life and remember what I felt like at that time. ZoomAlbums are perfect to carry around in your purse so you can share special times with your friends and loved ones. You can use a computer, digital camera, camera phone or a scanner to collect your pictures. You will need a color inkjet printer to print out your pictures. I love being able to show off my nephew or my puppy to anyone who will take a peek. This is a handy invention that would make a great gift.

This product worked beautifully on my Epson Stylus printer! The only minor problems I had were from my bad habit of not reading the instructions carefully. I wasted a whole sheet of photo paper by not feeding it into the printer in the proper direction. Once the sheet was printed, I started making folds in the wrong directions and although it can be undone, save yourself the extra work by making sure you're folding in the right direction before you crease the fold. I was very pleased with the quality of the end result and plan on ordering some more right away. I do have a concern about the pages separating at the perforations over a period of time and possibly this is something that can be improved on.

I was so excited to get this kit to make albums for Christmas gifts but it does not work with HP printers - the paper jams & destroys the photo paper. The listing should tell you what printers are compatible when you purchase it. Check their website before you buy this to make sure it works with yours they list what works and what does not. [...]

The end result was not perfect because my Dell printer would not grab the photo paper readily...I had to force it and my pictures were a little off in the album...the instructions were also a little difficult; but the idea is very clever and the album very cute; albeit off center a little.

I ordered this kit with the idea of making the albums as gifts for family members who tend not to put pictures in albums. I thought the size would be perfect to carry in a purse/bag. The company recommends not using the HP All-in-One printers which is what I have. So I borrowed a HP Photosmart . The album pages printed very nicely on my borrowed printer but I couldn't get the cover to print. I was able to print the cover on my All-in-One. I didn't look further into this problem. It may have been a mistake I made. The albums looked great. My family members who received them were tickled! I'm saving the last album in my kit (makes three total) for me! Would buy again. I rated this a "4 star" only because it would have been nice if I could have just used my All-in-One. It does sound like the company is working on this issue.

This keepsake album was exactly what I was looking for. I have a 12 yr old son and since Pre-K I have kept all of his keepsakes such as report cards,rewards, 1st drawlings, and projects in folders. I wanted something to store all of these wonderful memories. This album has plenty of room to store in the pockets (for each year)all of my keepsakes...I kept everything I think and am stuffing it to the max since i can't part with anything it seems! and it is holding up just fine!Each year is very detailed with questions such as who their friends were,what they liked,how they spelled their name, what they were involved in.... Now everything is in one place and it can actually be displayed for years to come!

I have always tried to be organized with the kids school pictures, etc. I have to say that I was not succeeding until I got this book for my son. It worked out so well that when I had my last one, I FINALLY found it on Amazon and bought another one. Now it is easy for me to put his school photo and report cards, pictures he drew, school work, etc in the proper page. Since I have a "real" spot to put them, I actually rock at having a complete book! There are also places for them to sign their name, put info in such as "what do I want to be", "my best friends are". "my teachers name", "my favorite things to do", etc It's big enough so that you can put inan 8 x 11" piece of paper and not have to fold it which is nice if it is a "treasure" they drew, or a class picture. I love this book but not as much as the memories (and organization!) I have because of it. BUY IT!

This keepsake book is nice. I just thought the there would be more room for details and the pockets would be bigger. For the price, I expected more.

I thought the book was well constructed, and I liked how colorful it was. I didn't like that it didn't have enough places to put pictures. I wanted to glue pictures on the pages itself not just put them in the envelopes. I also thought it was over priced. I found basically the same book in Target for half the price. I would not buy this book if I had seen it in the store first. I have since bought another book by Crayola that gives me more of what I am looking for in a school theme scrapbook.

This memory book is very well made and one of the best I have ever seen.

It has great instructions and clear picture illustrations. There is really very little that you need to buy in addition and that is cheap stuff like distilled water. We got all 3 Mythbuster kits for our 11 year old for Christmas because he is such a big fan of the show. He can handle this on his own, but we are all enjoying it.

My son loves the show, loved playing with this. Fancy packagaing for crafts that could have been bought for under $3.Then you add some of your own. Used it all up in about 4 days.Fragments left here and there. I would buy a book on science experiments and do them, but it was a gift, he loved getting it and playing with it. He is 12.

My nine year old loves this gift. He's a fan of the show and loves its theory and the "build" aspects. This item has the same. The experiments both stimulate and satisfy his curiosity.

Bought this for my eight year old son. He could do the experiments by himself and enjoyed them. We've bought many other kits that just fell apart. This one was durable and fun. We'll probably pick up a couple for gifts for his friends.

The packaging is great, but not worth the price. There are like 3 experiments in the entire package. Was duped into buying all 3 because of a cheaper price, but not worth it dollar wise. The experiments were cool and fun but repeats of experiments they do in school. Quality of the items in the package is great. I would probably not buy another mythbuster though.

I haven't used it yet, but with this particular product on Amazon, you only receive the disk, not the whole box with the user guide. You might want to buy it directly from Serif for the same price and get it with the User Guide. That being said, I'm hoping that it's easy enough to figure out by just working with it on the computer.

You know you love someone when you but them sharp knives... The set is great and not my wife can slice and dice all she wants.

It is exactly what I expected and does just what I need it too, and the handy wooden box it comes in is a plus.

I've used these knives for multiple scrapbooking/cardmaking projects and they work very well. They're good quality and a great tool to have.

I did not purchase this item on Amazon, but I wanted to leave a review. I purchased this item 2 days ago at JoAnn Fabrics. I used it for the first time yesterday. I practiced wood burning with it for about 20 minutes and it got so hot I couldn't hold it. I turned the tool off, let it cool and decided to try a different tip, as it comes with several different tips/points. I got some pliers (as the directions state to use) and attempted to remove the tip. The tip had melted into the tool. I tried and tried, but could not get the tip out of the tool. I contacted the company yesterday and have yet to hear anything back. Needless to say I'm just a little unhappy about paying $16.00 (originally $29.99, but I had a 50% off coupon) for only 20 minutes of practice. BUT I must say that while it was working, it did a good job.

The Versa Tool makes it easy for wood burning, I would recomend it to anyone that wants to start a new hobbie

I'm always looking out for inexpensive artisan supplies that are comparable to professional types. This makes the cut. Sure you could get a variable temp. burner, but you'll put in at least $150 from the start...plus extra for tips. This burner is perfect for the beginners to the advanced type. The only flaw I've found is that it takes some practice to get lighter burn colors (achieved by quickly dragging the tool with less pressure)if you are trying to achieve different values. There are plenty of great tips that come with this burner as well. One thing that other less expensive burners lack is the heat guard (metal ring below the tip) and rubber/plastic finger comfort (it's black on this model) that your non-burned fingers will thank you for. I'm a big fan of this product's function and price.

My 14 yr old daughter bought this and absolutely loves it. Everyone is amazed at the work she could do within days of getting it. It gets really hot. Be careful but its what makes it so good to work with. There are so many attachments, the possibilities are endless. My woodworking father is also very impressed with it.

I bought this on impulse because I'm a tool junkie, and haven't used it yet. I plan to use it for woodburning, but can imagine all kinds of uses for it. I like the fact that it can stamp on wood. Very pleased with the condition of the product and the time it took to arrive.

I've bought a few packs of these, and have found them to be working well. I have a set of 8x10 eeboo cards, that are a thick laminated poster, that have been on the wall for a year now. Only two have fallen, ones that were repositioned two or three times. I'm not sure why just those were affected, maybe there was dirt on the wall. I put new squares on and they've been fine. I used 4 squares, 1 per corner, so it lays flat. I have another project now, and was debating between these and the removable poster tape, but I think these would be stronger. I have noticed that sometimes, they don't come apart so easily, which makes them stretch, or have a corner fold over. Not a big deal though. Great for a kids room, or temporary artwork in a play space. update:1/29/2010. I am removing the cards today, and have had at least 3 adhesives rip the paint and drywall, to expose the brown paper part of the drywall. Not too happy about that. One cracked the paint. I am trying to lift the center of the card, then loosen one end, and then lightly twist to get the top to pop without ripping off any more paint. So, overall they came off fine, but the ones that didn't ruined more than just paint, and now require spackle, primer and repainting. Before I rehang these on a different wall, I'll be scouting new options. Maybe the trick is too replace them yearly...?

this was the right product but wrong quantity I bought this product it said it was a four pack for the price of one I ended up getting one and paid 10.00 for it and its 2.86 in walmart .they give false information so i returned the product for a refund ended up getting it for free because the company said that amazon gave misleading information my thing is take a second look before buying any thing here

This is a wonderful album/scrapbook. It has everything you need to create your scrapbook or album. I bought this for myself, I'm going to have a baby boy and wanted to start scrapbooking before he is born. This kit even includes tips and suggestions for first time scrapbookers like me, stickers, envelopes and cards for writing little notes, and cardboard cut outs to embellish according to your taste. This is a great gift for a boy or a girl!

I was very pleased with how quickly I received my book and the like new condition it was in.

I have several "For Dummies" series books and they have all been clear, comprehwnive, well organized, well...everything you want in a book. This one is no exception. I'm very pleased with it. I am a beginner (if not an actual dummy) when it comes to quilting.

I decided to work on one of their projects (hot pads - page 214). The instructions had several errors in it. Some minor and one major (it failed to tell you to cut one piece out in the cutting instructions). Step 1 tells you to cut out a 7x7 piece of tan fabric and a 2 1/2 x 2 1/2 Blue Print Fabric (for the star center). ERROR 1 - Step 3 tells you to place the tan square AND THE 7" x 7" PIECE OF BLUE PRINT FABRIC together. WHAT 7" x 7" blue print fabric? Step one tells you to ONLY cut a 2 1/2 x 2 1/2" piece - failed to mention to also cut a 7"x7"! Step 2 - the way they told you to do this step on the 7x7" tan square made creating the quilt more difficult than if they told you in another, easier way. Too long to describe in detail. ERROR 2 - Step 7 says stich one tan 1 1/2" square to one end of each of the two of the units that you made in STEP 7. THIS IS STEP 7! They meant Step 6 I think. ERROR 3 - Step 9 - Stich two units that you made in STEP 8 to the unit that you made in STEP 9. This is Step 9! I was totally lost with these instructions. This is supposed to be for beginners so the instructions should be clear and correct. I think the instructions were created by dummies or the printer totally messed up. I finally finished this project but only with the help of a friend who quilts and was able to figure out what they meant and re-write correct instructions. I'm afraid to try another project in this book because this one is so messed up so I can't comment on if all the others were correct. I'm glad I borrowed this book rather than purchased it. Try Quilting 101 - that book is great! Don't buy this one. There are better books out there with color pictures and easier instructions. I also didn't like the fact that everything was in black and white.

I bought a different book first and then ordered this right afterwards. This book is fantastic. I am trying to teach myself and this book is like the bible to quilting. It has great projects to start on and goes on about all the different techniques and patterns there are to use. I wish I'd have saved some money and bought this book first.

Excellent in-depth book for the novice as well as the experienced quilter. It answers any question you may have. Highly recommended.

I am a beginner. Book is a great reference manual. Visuals are easy to understand. Arrived in excellent condition and in timely fashion.

Good book, 4 stars because it has almost all the info I wanted. Looked at several like books. Also bought "Sewing for Dummies" for addl. ref.

Easy to learn sewing with this book. It has great pictures, you do not need to read, just look at the pictures and you will be sewing in no time.

I am very happy with this book. It has a lot of details about sewing and it has plenty of illustrations. The book is very helpful for beginner to the art of sewing.

I'm a beginner and this book explains everything perfectly. The pictures are REALLY helpful. I would recommend this book to anybody interested in sewing.
